Class Description: This class is for mobile adults who appreciate time being spent warming up muscles and joints before and during practice, but enjoy a challenge. Class is a balance of warm ups, yoga postures and self training in deep awareness of how ones attention and intention effect your practice.

––> Yoga Therapeutics/Beginners Series: Good for healing or for a more gentle maintenance of health
Wednesdays noon. Classes starting in April. Check back for dates. $15 per class. Sign up at your first class and pay ahead for the dates you can commit to coming.
Location: ORTHDX FITNESS at the Lakeside Shopping center where the new Willy St. North
Class Description: This therapuetic class focuses on good alignment, along with gentle strengthening and flexibility training. Class weaves in Intention, breath work and Yoga Nidra. Meant for everyone who wants to learn alignment and intention of yoga from its foundations, these classes are great for raw beginners and existing therapeutic students who want to gradually go deeper into postures. If you have back or knee issues or feel like you are just too stiff to do yoga, this is a great place to start. Traditional asana will be used as we focus on the alignment principles and use props, including chairs, to come into postures as needed. Individuals will be guided according to their needs in this highly individualized class.
Although this class does use floor work, this class could be modified to be done in a chair.
